What information do I need to prepare for treatment in Japan?
We will provide you with a questionnaire for you to fill out, and if you have a diagnosis, latest test results, and images, we will help you translate them and submit them to the clinic.
In addition, if you decide to go to Japan for treatment, the clinic will ask for a passport photo in order to make your medical record.
Do I need a medical visa for treatment in Japan?
If you live in an area with a visa waiver, you do not need a medical visa. If you need a visa to travel to Japan, you can apply for a tourist visa or let us assist you for obtaining a medical visa.

How do I pay the fee?
Depending on your treatment plan, part of the cost of the treatment plan can be paid at the clinic, online consultation and part of the treatment (※) must be paid in advance. The clinic will provide you with an invoice for overseas remittance, or you can ask us to pay the fee on your behalf.

※If frozen cells are used for treatment, payment must be made before the culturing start.
Are all the cell therapies you provided aprroved in Japan?
Yes, all of the cell therapies we provide have been approved by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and are conducted in compliance with the “Act on Securing Safety of Regenerative Medicine”(再生医療等の安全性の確保等に関する法律).
What are the common side effects of cell therapy?
Since using autologous cells,so side effects rarely happen.
However, some people may experience mild fever or chills at the night after the infusion of autologous immune cells, which usually resolves by the next morning.
No significant side effects have been observed with the infusion of autologous stem cells.
I would like to receive stem cell therapy. Can I use someone else's stem cells?
According to current Japanese law, only one’s own stem cells can be used.
Using someone else’s stem cells can cause a rejection reaction (even from relatives), which can lead to rapid elimination by the body in mild cases, or immune system attacks on one’s own cells in severe cases.
Therefore, we recommend using only your own stem cells for treatment.
Can I infuse more stem cells for treatment?
Because stem cells are easy to accumulate, infusing too many stem cells at once may lead to embolism. Therefore, 100 million cells is the safest number for safety reasons.
How many cells can be cultured for immune cell therapy?
The number of cells cultured for immune cell therapy varies according to the client's physical condition and the individual's body mass. The average number of cells that can be cultured in a healthy person ranges from 2 to 6 billion.
